RETURNS & APPROVAL PERIOD

We provide a 48-hour approval period for all guitars, amplifiers, and pedals, starting from the date of purchase for in-store transactions or the date of delivery for online orders. This period allows customers to verify that the item is in the condition and originality as advertised.

RESTOCKING FEE

If a return is requested due to personal preferences such as playability or sound, we reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee. A 10% restocking fee will also be deducted for any item whose return is requested before shipment or delivery.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

For any approved return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs, both to and from, as well as any other fees associated with the transaction.

NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS FOR:

1. Transactions involving layaways, deposits, or holds.

2. Special ordered items.

3. Transactions involving trade, both in-store and online.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

All returns must be approved via phone or email and must be in the exact condition they left our store. Items returned in a different condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
